Rubble Ratcliffe

With broken hearts and deep sorrow, we share that our beloved Rubble Cinnabon Ratcliffe crossed the rainbow bridge on Monday, May 5th, 2025.

Rubble was more than a pet—he was family, a faithful companion, and a gentle guardian to our eldest son, Nicholas. In Nicholas’s most difficult moments, Rubble was his quiet strength, his comfort, and his protector.

He was also Dustin’s loyal gaming sidekick, happily lounging beside him through countless hours of digital adventures. And when our youngest, Everleigh, joined our family, Rubble fell in love with her before she was even born. She lovingly called him “Bubble,” and he became her favorite cuddle buddy, never far from her side.

The love of his life, Rubie, will forever carry his memory and the bond they shared deep in her heart.

We were blessed with 2.5 incredible years of unconditional love, laughter, and joy from Rubble. We adored him, treasured every moment, and will always carry his memory in the quiet corners of our hearts.

Rubble’s favorite pastimes included snuggling on the couch, watching over his three human siblings, and joyfully leaping for fans and light poles—a silly, sweet quirk that made him unmistakably him.

Our hearts are forever changed. We miss you, Rubble. Chase those light poles in the sky and rest easy in those sun-drenched fields beyond the rainbow bridge.
